Wardah Harharah is the Chief Operating Officer at Edese Doret Industrial Design, Inc. (EDID), a New York-headquartered luxury design house delivering bespoke and turnkey solutions for aircraft, yacht, automotive, and residential interiors. Her role spans overall business strategy and global client engagement, and programme governance across complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring clarity, pace, and accountability while protecting design integrity and delivery standards.

Alongside her COO role, Wardah is the Founder of The Human Experience, advising organisations on leadership, culture, organisational design and human capital development through evidence-based, human-centred approaches.

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 

Edese Doret Industrial Design, Inc. is expanding and we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer for a remote role, with a strong background within luxury spaces including private aviation, yachting, architecture, interiors, and/ or design-led brands.

This role is for a graphic designer who is technically confident, visually refined, and execution-driven, with expert command of InDesign, Photoshop, and Motion Graphics, and the ability to work independently on high-value, client-facing material. Experience within the luxury space is strongly preferred.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

• Compile and maintain EDID brand guidelines and visual identity 
• Produce brand, marketing, and client presentation materials 
• Create refined visual assets using InDesign and Photoshop
• Produce motion graphics and animated content 
• Convert and rebuild legacy QuarkXPress files into InDesign with precision
• Maintain visual excellence and brand consistency across all outputs

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Strong, proven experience in Motion Graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to convert QuarkXPress files to InDesign
• Exceptional attention to detail, layout precision, and visual judgement
• Experience within aviation, yacht, architecture, or high-end brands

We are currently exploring partnership with a boutique PR agency/ consultant to support thoughtful and intentional PR initiatives for Edese Doret Industrial Design (EDID) across the US, GCC and APAC.

Our work spans ultra-high-end private aviation, yachting, automotive and bespoke lifestyle design. Experience in luxury lifestyle, design, architecture or aviation would be ideal, but not essential if you have a strong global media relationships and understand how to build premium brand narratives with care and credibility.

We are seeking considered storytelling, selective placements and long-term brand building with partners who work in a highly collaborative and agile way.
