I am responsible for all Commercial recruitment in the UK for Abbott Diagnostics, Diabetes Care, Vascular, Point of Care, Nutrition, Molecular and Established Pharmaceuticals. My role more recently has expanded to cover recruitment in Ireland and I have also assisted with roles cross border in the Nordics and Germany.

I typically recruit at the Mid level  / Manager level but I also am responsible for confidential and executive recruitment for the Divisions I look after, at Director level.

I do a 360 recruitment role and I am a skilled headhunter, priding myself on my direct sourcing efforts and market mappings.

During my 8 years at Abbott I have won various awards for my direct sourcing efforts and project work. Prior to 2013 agencies were used for most of Abbott's recruitment needs. Since then agency usage has significantly reduced to 20%.

I have project managed a number of key assignments, including multiple expansion projects and I am member of the Diversity & Inclusion Project team.
