The Best Email Marketing Strategy for Telehealth Brands in 2025

Boring email design kills sales, even with great copy.

Most brands don't have the bandwidth to make creative emails that look good, so they stay boring and clicks stay low.

But in 2025 there’s a new solution:

Telehealth brands should never use the same email strategies as regular D2C brands.

The buying cycle is longer, trust matters more, and patients need education, not impulse buying tactics.

Here's what to do instead:

Stop giving discount codes and start "adding credit."

 → Don’t overcomplicate your signup forms.
 → Use the same triggers, filters, and targeting as in your regular popups.
 → The only change: Update design and offer to match the different stages of your BFCM sale.

2️⃣ 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
 → Run popups for an exclusive early access sale.
 → Collect email & SMS leads, focus on exclusivity, keep it frictionless.
