I’m passionate about helping organizations connect learning to performance. As the CEO of Kirkpatrick Partners and Founder of Anchored Training, I’ve spent over 15 years designing employee development strategies that drive real business impact—across industries like life sciences, fashion, health and wellness, and the Department of Defense.

In 2023, I became the steward of the Kirkpatrick Model, committed to honoring its legacy while leading innovation in evaluation and performance.

I believe in empowering people to become the best version of themselves and I’m on a mission to create effective, and measurable learning experiences so we stop creating training that leads to no on-the-job transfer.

When I’m not in strategy mode, I’m cheering on my kids or reliving my favorite 90s moments.

The era of one-and-done certifications is ending.
