I’m a former Morgan Stanley tech professional turned high-performance coach, having guided 50+ leaders across 10 countries to scale their impact without burnout. 

Now, as I finish my MBA at HEC Montréal (S25) — highlighted by several case-competition wins, merit scholarships, and Valedictorian title — I’m ready for my next chapter.

My edge? A rare blend of:

1. Financial & tech fluency  → 5 years in investment banking tech, a BComm in Finance, CFA Level I, plus SQL, Power BI, financial modeling, and agile project management.

2. Entrepreneurial edge  → Built a coaching practice from zero, coached entrepreneurs, and advised early/growth-stage startups on GTM and ops, bringing the hustle, empathy, and frustration tolerance of a founder.

3. Leadership & coaching science  → Certified High Performance Coach applying research-backed frameworks to build habits and mindsets that actually stick.

Because no one rises to the level of their goals, they fall to the level of their energy.
