I was a passionate Content Creator who loved the culinary arts. I created content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and Quora.  
My culinary journey began with a deep passion for food and a genuine desire to serve delightful dishes to others. In 2022, I decided to share my delightful journey with others, and that's when I became a Culinary Content Creator.

I worked as a VA for Dr. Mehak Kaur, a junior doctor and health content creator based in London with a 49k following.

My tasks included:
1. Research ideal brands in London from the Medical/Health sector with whom Mehak can
collaborate.
2. Connect with influencer management agencies to increase brand visibility
3. Reaching out to brands in lifestyle niches like snacking, skincare, and haircare via email

Konvophilia is a leading Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing Agency. Konvophilia Communications is built on a genesis of 'Love for Conversations.'

My Roles and Responsibilities at Konvophilia Communications included:

1. Staying up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
2. Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
3. Managing and oversee social media content for the company and it's clients  
4. Performing social content analysis and update client records in the system
5. Performing preliminary social media research for clients including competitor and market research 
6. Working with content team to curate and repurpose content for different social media channels such as Pinterest, Quora, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
7. Quickly adopting to new and trending updates of various social media platforms 
8. Updating the team on ongoing best practices and lead the team with insights 
9. Managing Influencer campaigns for the clients

As a firm believer in the Law of Attraction and armed with a genuine passion for empowering individuals, I ventured into the field of spirituality. My experience as an LOA coach allowed me to connect with a diverse array of individuals, each on their unique path towards personal growth and fulfilment. 

However, as the business aspect inevitably came into the picture, I made a conscious decision to preserve the essence of spirituality and authenticity that initially drew me to this path. While I recognized the value of financial success, I firmly believed that not everything in life should revolve around monetary gains.

Hence, I chose to pursue my role as an LOA coach not merely as a means of financial gain, but rather as a heartfelt hobby.

My responsibilities at MyCaptain included:
1. Revenue Management: Bringing in the revenue through courses and workshops
2. Social Media Promotion: Promoting the company's courses and workshops to the targeted audience in order to improve product profitability and marketability 
3. Customer Service- Assisting and talking to young minds for better market research as well as to understand consumer requirements and needs

My responsibilities at Le Niblette included: 
1. Making Breads such as Sandwich Bread, Focaccia, Burger Bun, Baguette etc. 
2. Making Signature Cakes for Shop such as Pineapple Gateaux, Black Forest Gateaux, Blueberry Gateaux and theme cakes (based on the orders) 
3. Making Glass Desserts such as Mousse, Tiramisu, Puddings etc.

Bakery & Pastry Assistant 

JW Marriott Mumbai, Juhu

JW Marriott Mumbai, Juhu is India's first flagship property of JW Marriott Hotels. It is one of the Mumbai's most elegant destinations, perfectly placed along the glittering Arabian Sea.

My responsibilities at JW Marriott Mumbai, Juhu included:
1. Managing Bakery & Pastry Counters: Handled and worked on live counters and buffet for Brunch, Lunch, Dinner (BLD)
2. Handling Production Room- Handled and worked in production area during Christmas. Made some authentic Christmas products like Dundee Cake, Plum Cake, Plum Pudding, Lebkuchen etc. in bulk quantities on daily basis in December 	
3. Handling Chocolate Room Operations- Assisted Pastry Chef, Sous Chef and Chef De Partie for making fondant cakes and amenities. Made chocolate garnishes, pralines, truffles on weekly basis

The longer version: 

My Journey as a Chef started in 2017 when I enrolled in an International Culinary school - Queen Margaret University. I have 5+ years of educational and work experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked at one of the most luxurious hotels in the world - JW Marriott and got mentored by the best chefs. My professional experience has allowed me to acquire a wide variety of industrial skills, techniques, and mindsets. My passion for food and the joy of serving others led me to explore the world of online food business during the lockdown. I delved into food marketing and found immense delight in creating delectable experiences for a wider audience.

In 2021, I ventured into Social Media Management. Through various digital marketing courses and exposure to diverse online content, I honed my skills in this field. I had the privilege of working at Konvophilia Communications, where I had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into social media under the guidance of Dr. Khushbu Pandya, India's 1st Social Media Ph.D. holder. I have managed social media for various niches, from food and automotive services to spirituality, gaining invaluable insights along the way.

Every day brings new adventures, and I relish the opportunity to learn from diverse paths. I am thankful for all the experiences that have shaped me into who I am today.

I love food and believe that its influence on common people is immense. Ever since I started cooking, I realized this was the best thing that ever happened to me. From cooking staple foods to cooking international delicacies, from looking for recipes to creating my own, I have made a huge jump in both my cooking skills and my knowledge of food. And, that's when my journey as a Culinary Content Creator began in 2022 because I wanted to create a one-stop destination to share my recipes, teach cooking and help people achieve their culinary goals. 

For me, every day is different and I am constantly learning new things by working in different niches. Taking different paths throughout my life has been a great experience for me, and I am grateful for all of them ✨
