Vahe Baghdasaryan is the founder of Paywalls.Design, the leading revenue-intelligence consultancy for subscription apps. Since 2023, Paywalls.Design has analyzed and tested more than 10,000 paywalls, helping apps generate over $50M in incremental revenue through innovative paywall design, pricing strategies, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Paywalls.Design partners with some of the most recognizable apps in the world, including Cal AI, NGL, Photo Vault, Praktika AI, ReciMe, and Coconote AI, delivering measurable results such as double-digit ARPU growth.

Before founding Paywalls.Design, Vahe worked full-time at Flo Health, the world’s leading women’s health app, where he was in charge of win-back programs and lifecycle marketing, contributing to Flo’s growth as a category leader. He also led monetization at CoinStats, where he doubled ARR in one year and developed strategies that became industry best practices across the subscription app ecosystem.

Vahe is active in the global app growth community, speaking at leading events such as MAU Vegas and App Growth Annual, and serving as a judge and consultant for RevenueCat’s Paywall World Championships. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the American University of Armenia (AUA), one of the region’s most prestigious universities, founded in partnership with the University of California and known for its rigorous academic standards and international recognition.

Beyond consulting, he is building Tiny Desk Apps Studio, a venture studio focused on launching and scaling AI-powered consumer apps.

I started my company on December 31, 2024, while still working at Flo Health. I simply posted a tweet about it, and on that same day, I made $2k in sales.

In my wildest dreams, I never imagined that in under a year, we could grow so much and so quickly. It has been a journey filled with mistakes, lessons, and so much more.

In 2026, my mission is to double our ARR and work with over 1,000 apps to develop world-class paywalls and monetization strategies.

- The average conversion rate from paywall view to conversion was 2.2%.
- The average discounted price was $19.9 per year.
- The average conversion rate from push notifications was 0.25%.
