I helped a stealth-mode SaaS product transition to a product-led growth motion. I did a few experiments and increased the conversion rates by 12%.

I was involved in designing the product's overall user experience, working closely with the founder.

It’s wild how something you build from one small corner of the world can end up being used across so many others.

I hit $12K ARR with my previous startup. Then Twitter changed their API pricing overnight.

I had to shut it down.

That was Tweetlify. We had paying customers, the product worked, but the platform we built on changed the rules.

I spent months trying to pivot it. Looked for workarounds, explored different directions. Nothing stuck.

Eventually, I realized I was trying to save something that was already gone.

So I started over. That decision led to Supergrow.

Three years later, we're at $300K ARR and growing.

The hardest part wasn't rebuilding. It was accepting that sometimes the market decides for you, and fighting it is just slow failure.

If the foundation is broken, start over. Don't spend six months proving it to yourself first.

I was on a call with a prospect last week. 

They wanted to activate their team on LinkedIn.

When I asked what they were doing right now, they said “everyone just reshares company posts.”

Same post. Same caption. Same link.

It instantly felt off.

After spending years in SaaS, across product-led, sales-led, and marketing-led setups, this pattern keeps coming back.

People don’t connect with companies. They connect with people.

Your audience can tell when something feels corporate.

And the best growth doesn’t come from polished tactics.

It comes from letting your people show up as themselves.

We’ve been finalizing pages, refining copy, testing flows, and making sure everything feels right.

It’s easy to forget how much invisible work goes into the things that look simple from the outside.

But through all of this, one thing became clear: visibility is no longer about pushing content.

It’s about helping experts share what they already know in a way that feels real and consistent.

That’s what led us to rebuild Supergrow 2.0

To create something that helps teams turn expertise into visibility, without losing authenticity.

It's slower, but I think the feedback quality will make up for it.

One thing I'm reminded of: speed matters when someone shows interest.

They're paying attention right now. Wait a few days, and that attention shifts somewhere else.

We sent the emails within hours of them joining the waitlist. No delays, no "let's wait and batch this."

If someone raises their hand, move fast. Interest has a short shelf life.
