I’m a Go-To-Market strategist and engineer who kicked off his GTM journey as one of the first Clay experts from Pakistan. Started as a cold caller, got obsessed with outbound automation, and never looked back. With a BBA in Marketing and a 2nd degree in Computer Software Engineering, I built a rare combo I can sell and I can script. From inbound enrichment to outbound personalisation, I automated the full sales engine using Clay, n8n, Make.com, and custom API workflows.

Fully automate your client onboarding.....

Last week we launched Manager Role + Workspace API keys → this is the real unlock.

You can now programmatically:

→ create HeyReach.io workspaces
→ add members, admins, managers
→ generate API keys
→ send invites to any channel

Instead of just announcing it, I built a basic n8n flow to show what’s possible.

The flow
→ Client submits an internal form
(Typeform / n8n form / anything with a webhook)
→ Form hits a Slack channel

Human-in-the-loop just to confirm how many seats to assign from your main subscription

→ Once approved
→ auto-create workspace
→ assign seats
→ invite members via a generated link
→ send it anywhere (Slack, Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram Messenger etc)

Optional
→ create manager roles as well

This is just the basic use case.

The APIs open up a lot more than this.

Most people think inbound is easy.



Yeah, it’s low-hanging fruit → only if done right.


We used to run a human-in-the-loop flow →
→ lead hits the website
→ goes to Slack
→ Nadja handles it manually


It was working great i mean - If Nadja sent a manually crafted email, you’d expect a reply before it was even sent 😄

But → it took a lot of Nadja’s time
And → created unnecessary noise in Slack

Then we automated it.

→ instead of Slack
→ sent the lead to Clay
→ added light personalisation (Nadja’s copy 🫡 )
→ pushed to Smartlead

Result?
→ 31.82% reply rate

Same intent.
Same message quality.
Way less time spent.

Simple tweak → higher replies → time saved.

RIP DelayClay  ☠️ .......


Or any similar tools we used just to add delay between columns.
Clay silently released native delay. 


Earlier, when working with async APIs or managing Race Conditions.
There was no clean way to handle delays inside Clay.

→ You had to send data to n8n or Make.
     Add delay there.
     Then send it back to Clay via webhook.
     And yes.

Most of us were using DelayClay by (Batikan Erdogan) for this.

What this means now.

→ No more workarounds for most async flows.
→ No more external tools just to wait.


Delay can be up to 10 minutes, which is honestly not bad.
For some edge cases.

Longer delays still need a workaround.
But this easily covers around 90% of use cases.


Maybe you already noticed this.
I just noticed it today.

What the heck is MCP…


You’ve probably seen “MCP” all over LinkedIn lately.

I’m not here to explain the definition → I’m here to explain the impact.


So… yesterday one of our power-user agency customers reached out.
He had a full-blown automation plan → easily a 6k+ build if done from scratch.

Before jumping into automation, I asked one thing....

what’s the end goal?

Answer was clear:
→ spot patterns
→ make data-backed decisions
→ improve what actually matters

So instead of building workflows, I showed him our HeyReach.io MCP server with Claude.

Two prompts in… and he was already sold.

Imagine just typing:
→ what’s the average response time of sender X?
→ any tone or conversation mistakes? highlight + suggest improvements
→ which campaigns need more leads?
→ which campaigns are underperforming (e.g. <25% accept rate)?
→ stats by specific day or time could help spot seasonality, holidays, or off days and make smarter decisions around them.

No sheets.
No manual crunching.
Just asking questions.

Within a 1-hour call, he was already calculating how much time he’d save before every weekly client sync.

No more messy Google Sheets.
No more last-minute math.

Honestly, when we first released MCP, it felt like overkill.

Not because of features → but because LLM context windows weren’t there yet.

It felt like a buzzword.
Now?

Claude + long context + MCP = things are getting wild.

This use case is just a classic example.
