AI doesn’t understand your brand.
It doesn’t know your customer’s boundaries.
It doesn’t feel nuance, context, or trust.

People do.

Used well, AI should support marketers—speed up execution, reduce busywork, and surface insights.
Used poorly, it creates generic content, erodes differentiation, and damages relationships.

The brands that win won’t be the ones using the most AI.
They’ll be the ones using it intentionally, with clear guardrails, human oversight, and a strong point of view.

The people who have helped me most aren’t the loudest voices in the room.
They’re the ones asking better questions, offering perspective, and sharing lessons they’ve already lived.

Advice isn’t powerful because it’s given.
It’s powerful when it’s received, processed, and applied.

If you want to move faster, don’t focus on being the smartest person in the conversation.
Focus on being the most coachable.

Most “discipline problems” are really:
