My first company, @aware3, helped ~6,000 churches, schools, and nonprofits process $600M+ in online donations before being acquired by Nelnet (NYSE: NNI) in 2018.

Now, I’m building @duesy. As the dad of an all-things-sports-all-the-time son, I deeply believe in the value of youth sports. I’ve seen firsthand the impact it has on kids and the community it creates for parents.

We’re on a mission to become the first AI-powered all-in-one financial engine for youth sports clubs and tournaments. Today, our text-first chatbot automates dues, fees, and ticketing—eliminating administrative headaches and creating revenue predictability for club and tournament operators while delivering simplicity, financial flexibility, and transparency for families.

But today we signed the largest single Fastpitch operator.

And I sent a partnership agreement to a large nationwide baseball + fastpitch operator that could be huge.

Building has a funny way of working.

The arena is not for the weak.

Youth sports tournaments are quietly changing.

Last week we processed 2,717 tickets.

34% were pre-purchased

65% were self-serve

0.4% were sold via a gate agent

That means only 11 people needed a gate agent.

The old model:

Cash
A slow credit card reader
Operators have no idea who is attending their tournament
Long lines because every attendee has to interact with a gate agent

The new model:

Multiple purchase options (pre-purchase, self-serve, tap-to-pay)
Text delivery
Apple Pay + Wallet
Fewer gate agents required
Operators have direct access to attendees

This isn't about ticketing.

It's about reimagining the tournament experience and model.

We're just getting started.
