When I ask equipment manufacturing sales leaders what percentage of their dealers / distributors are high-performing, the answer is usually 5-10%. 

This number is so low because too many reps lack product knowledge and sales training. The status quo of a web-based dealer portal and one-off trainings isn't getting it done.
