As Chief Marketing Officer at Timmons Group, I serve as the strategic architect of our brand and lead the firm’s growth strategy—strengthening market presence, enhancing client experience, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives across all markets.

I oversee our communications, business development, and pursuits teams, driving brand positioning, thought leadership, and digital transformation to elevate visibility and client impact. My goal is to ensure that every touchpoint reflects the value we deliver and the relationships we build.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, including 13 years as a consultant and advisor to top firms nationwide. My background spans in-house, agency, and consulting roles, giving me a unique perspective that bridges traditional marketing with innovative, tech-driven approaches.

Before rejoining Timmons Group, I served as Head of Growth at Client Savvy, a ClearlyRated company, where I led sales, marketing, and communications while helping firms develop client experience strategies. Prior to that, I was a Partner at circle S studio, where I spent over a decade helping organizations build impactful marketing strategies, launch content programs, and develop growth-focused digital platforms. Earlier in my career, I worked in advertising and media before joining Timmons Group in a marketing management role from 2006 to 2012. Now, I’m excited to bring that full-circle experience back to help drive our next chapter of growth.

I’m a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and a contributor to podcasts, publications, and webinars. I also co-authored the SMPS Foundation research study Client Experience in the AEC Industry: Benchmarks, Insights, and Trends, and previously served as president of the American Marketing Association’s Richmond chapter. I hold both an MBA and a BS in Communications from Liberty University.
