Founding Marketing & Sales Specialist

Spearheaded the development and execution of the Go-To-Market strategy to launch new Managed Cyber Defence services into the Benelux SME market, operating as the sole GTM lead within a complex, multi-entity corporate structure.

1. Strategic GTM Development: Created the comprehensive GTM strategy within 7 weeks and designed a detailed pilot ABM plan targeting a specific niche.
2. Campaign Execution & Early Win: Launched and managed a highly personalised (but still scalable), automated multi-channel campaign, generating the first High-Quality Inbound Lead from a key target ICP within 6 weeks, without paid ad spend or direct cold calling.
3. Stakeholder Management & Advocacy: Proactively navigated significant internal delays and complex leadership expectations by presenting data-driven analyses to senior stakeholders (including C-level) to foster understanding and advocate for GTM best practices.
4. Process & Foundation Building: Established foundational GTM processes (ICP definition, persona mapping, automated campaign workflows, initial CRM tracking and with a clear set of KPIs) for a new service line within an organisation primarily focused on traditional enterprise sales.

Go-To-Market Lead

AGORA

Developed and executed the go-to-market plan for Agora Trust Room, a product-led SaaS - virtual data room software - primarily targeting the Swiss market. In my role, I participate in board and investor meetings as Agora's Sales and Marketing lead.

1. Conducted interviews with existing customers and the team to narrow down 'the pain' and understand where we add value.
2. Managed the entire average 4-week sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
3. Implemented Pipedrive CRM to track deal progress, collect data, manage performance, and enhance decision-making.
4. Initiated small, automated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) projects with a narrow monthly budget (<1k EUR). Targeting Venture Capitalists, Family Offices, Lawyers and Legal teams in primarily Switzerland.
5. Introduced new pricing models, created ICP and Buyer Persona content, and added three more languages to the website to boost revenue and visibility.

Achievements:
a. Pipeline: Grown trial signups with +400% H1 vs H2. 
b. Revenue: Closed new logos, from 0 in H1 2023 to 5 in H2
c. Community: Boosted new LinkedIn company page followers (all ICP) x10, H1 vs H2.
d. Visibility: Website traffic increased by 173% in H2 2023, with target countries Switzerland and Italy up 163% and 228%, respectively. Bounce rates decreased, and engagement improved.

AGORA SecureWare SA, an innovative Swiss ICT Security company, has one mission: to provide a secure platform for online collaboration, enforcing customer data confidentiality. The SaaS service, AGORAs Trust Room, is a cloud-based virtual data room solution for securely exchanging confidential documents across various needs, including funding, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and legal matters. It allows you to maintain control over who has access and can edit, download, and view documents.

Commercial Lead

My task was to set up, operationalise and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for Skribble in the Benelux. Due to budget cuts and changes in the company's overall strategy, the Benelux project was cancelled in March 2023.

1. Created a go-to-market strategy for Skribble's electronic signature software (SaaS) using a sales-led growth approach.
2. Analysed previous market research reports and existing customer data to define the strategy for the Benelux.
3. Collaborated closely with the Marketing team to define and narrow down the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), the buyer personas, and the cultural differences (CH vs Benelux).
4. Coached and supported Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in the DACH region in their cold-calling and mailing efforts.

Skribble is a one-stop shop for electronic signatures, making signature processes 100% digital. Skribble provides a legally suitable electronic signature for every type of contract, even if the law requires it to have the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.

Senior Business Developer

PESCHECK®

Hired as their pioneer sales manager with Pescheck. My task was to help them with a hands-on approach to scale, increase revenue and professionalise their sales processes and operations.

1. Onboarded +100 B2B customers to the newly launched SaaS platform for HR teams, enabling automated background screenings.
2. Updated and "Cleaned" Pipedrive CRM to track deal progress, collect data, manage performance, and enhance decision-making.
3. Oversaw the entire sales cycle. Managing inbound inquiries, demos, RFPs, tender proposals, deal closures, and onboarding processes.
4. Worked closely with the co-founder/CEO to transform the startup from a founder-led to a full sales-led organisation.
5. Introduced and developed automation that made sales processes scalable, repeatable, and efficient.
6. As part of the SaaS product team, I represented the customer's voice. 
7. Advising the co-founder/CEO on sales development, trends, and daily business operations, including preparing investor reports.

Achievements:
a. B2B Revenue (MRR) increased by x6 in 24 months.
b. Closed successfully mid-market home-based customers to international enterprise clients (EMEA, APAC) at an average closing rate of 31%.
c. Successfully wrote, presented, and won tenders and RFPs for complex enterprise clients and public organisations in sectors such as Finance, Aerospace, and VC-backed scale-ups.
