I lean in on the processes - prospecting, qualifying, discovery, demo presentations, negotiating and closing - to make the buying process seamless to the customer and use the metrics as an indicator to determine how to motivate me along. I am driven by relationships, processes and metrics. I hunger to learn ways to get better. I thrive on building long term relationships by providing solutions that helps solve pain/challenges.
