As the interim VP of Sales and Customer Success at Hubstaff, I’m focused on building a high-performing, data-driven revenue engine that's scalable and repeatable across the entire customer lifecycle - from first touch to renewal and expansion. I’m leading a full overhaul of our RevOps infrastructure, including rebuilding HubSpot workflows, automations, and lead routing to improve data hygiene and pipeline velocity. I’m actively coaching our Inbound AEs and Outbound SDRs to improve qualification, demo performance, and close rates, while empowering our Customer Success and Account Management teams with better playbooks and engagement strategies to drive retention, increase CSAT, and boost Net Revenue Retention (NRR). My work also includes optimizing outbound programs through improved targeting and sequencing, implementing scalable systems and feedback loops, and aligning GTM execution with customer needs and revenue goals.
