Areas of activity: - Responsible for the data analysis and visualisation on the commercial data of all the company locations, to analysise KPIs trending, find meaningful insights and create predictive projections based on the industry factors; - Responsible for sharing to the General Manager and to the Managers of the principals areas of the company the main analytics results that could impact the company business, adapting the data format to both technical and non technical audience. - In cooperation Controlling and Financial departments, responsible to define the sales targets and company development plan, evidencing possible criticalities and proposing suitable solutions. - Responsible for the management and organisation of the corporate projects related to the analytics areas, for example I was the Internal Project Manager of an information technology cross-areas project, that involved all the company departments, including managing budget and preparing an action plan to mitigate the consequences of the change in the business procedures. - Manage business relationships both with the company external partners and internal stakeholders located in overseas branches of the organization.

Data Analytics Manager

In support of the company general manager, statistical analyses are carried out on the commercial data, to find key insights for the business decisions (with relevant reports). In addition, the activity of management and improvement of the some of company tools is performed (VBA/HTML/PHP).

Main activities:
- Meeting with stakeholders to explain the project purpose and their part in the implementation process;
- Functional analysis of existing software solutions using SQL control queries;
- Monitor performance with statistical analysis to identify issues and to implement recovery strategies;
- Oversee that each step of the project is in accordance with the deadlines agreed with customers;
- Preparation of Business Reports and presentation of the results to a technical and non-technical audience;
- Communication exchanges with clients with regular updates on the project progress.

As a Data Analyst, in the Safety Department of Air Italy, I was in charge of:
- Database management of sensitive and confidential data, to extract performance information;
- Statistical and predictive analysis of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and dashboards management;
- Technical reports creation to assist the Management with department operations trends and key data;
- Preparation of Risk Analysis and Management of Change documents;
Furthermore, I was in charge of an Implementation Project of a Reporting Software, including:
- Communication exchanges between provider and company;
- Budget and deadlines management of the project;
- Documentation draw up and staff training on the features of the software;

I am an enterprising and open minded Data Analytics Manager, specialised in cross-areas communication, data analysis and project management. Working in international companies and in different industries made me learn how to deal with a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
