I completed my education at BCIT where I focused in Marketing Management with an option of Entrepreneurship. At BCIT I learned how to speak to multiple people, what it’s like to sell products, and how to start a business and grow it.

Currently building a new way for SDRs everywhere to connect with their prospects.

Everyone hates cold calling. Whether you are making them or receiving them. We just wanted to make life a little bit easier with Quack. 

Quack is a prospecting platform that makes cold calling easy for sales teams at tech companies.

Canada is losing the startup game.



YC just announced that you wont be able to get into their program if you are incorporated in Canada

You have to re up your company into the US, Singapore or Cayman Islands (probably not a good idea)

Why? Because we are making it harder and harder for startups to build here, with our regulations and so much more.

Also, why would they bother dealing with moving your Corp to the US once you do get in if more then often the companies just move to San Fran anyways.

If this is the case, and of course founders don't just get around this by using Stripe Atlas to incorporate in the US with a few clicks. Then investment here in Canada really needs to step up.

We need a stand out accelorator that:

- Actually invests into the startups (not just some free course for them to go through)
- Utilizes the best founders here in Canada like founders Jason Smith, Rob Khazzam and Jack Newton to actually teach the next generation how to build
- Make it worthwhile enough for the founders to actually quit their day to day job etc to join, so they can be all in and actually build

That currently does not exist here in Canada

I spend a lot of time around startups and have started multiple startups with all failing so far, but still working everyday until I find the one that works. I also have joined an amazing startup called Certn.
