No More Survival Mode 

So many people are living in survival mode.

Not because they don’t have dreams.
Not because they don’t have goals.
But because life happened — and those dreams slowly moved to the back burner.

Survival becomes the routine.
Pay the bills.
Get through the week.
Repeat.

But here’s the truth:

👉 You don’t have to live in survival mode forever.
👉 You CAN build the life you actually want.

It won’t happen overnight — but it will happen with:

• planning
• clear goals
• discipline
• and consistent action

I know… because I lived in survival mode too.

And one day, I realized:

This is not the life I want — and it’s not the life I’m called to live.

That’s when I leaned into real estate, multifamily, and building wealth — not just for money, but for freedom, options, and legacy.

And guess what?

I’m still learning.

“Are your New Year wishes going to stay WISHES — or become ACTIONS?”

Every year, we say:

“I wish I could…”
“I wish this year would be different…”
“I wish I had more money, more time, more opportunities…”

But here’s the question that really matters:

👉 Will those wishes stay as wishes — or will you start acting on them?

Because a wish can go two ways:

✨ It can stay a dream — untouched, never opened.
✨ Or it can become something real — when you take action.

A wish that stays a wish is like a beautifully wrapped gift you never open.
You never know what it could’ve become.

And in real estate, that lesson is VERY real.

You can’t “wish” your investors a great return.
You can’t “wish” a property into performing.

No, no — you have to:

✔️ analyze
✔️ execute
✔️ manage
✔️ problem-solve
✔️ stay disciplined

Assumptions only work when backed by ACTION.

This year, one of my personal wishes is to complete 300 workout sessions.

And because I’m serious about it —
👉 I started on January 1st.

Because if it matters, you don’t wait.
You begin — even if the first step feels small.

So let me ask you:

This one action I took signing the loan to close on our Del Loma RV Resort & Campground two weeks ago

Well… that was unexpected 😅

My LinkedIn account was temporarily suspended yesterday.

As I was trying to post, I suddenly couldn’t get in. After several rounds of verification, I still didn’t have access. 

Then, later in the day, I finally got the green light—verification approved—and LinkedIn asked me to change my password (which I did right away).

They give you a 24-hour window to do it, so if this ever happens to you, don’t wait.

What confused me most is the reason given: suspicious activity, device, or location.

But I was using my usual devices—my phone and my computer—and posting from places I’m always in. Nothing out of the ordinary.

What’s interesting is that I saw a friend post about experiencing something similar just the days prior… and then here I was the very next day. 

So I’m not sure if this is something new LinkedIn is rolling out, a security sweep, or just heightened monitoring—but it’s definitely happening to more than one person.

That said… we’re back.
Account restored. Password updated. All good. ✅

Each goal has tasks you can track. You can clearly see what’s working, what isn’t, and adjust.

3️⃣ You reduce burnout — and increase success.
Too many goals = pressure, frustration, and quitting.
A few focused goals = momentum and wins.

Sometimes “doing less” is actually the fastest way to achieve more.

So this year, ask yourself:

➡️ What are the ONE or TWO goals that would truly move my life forward?

Focus there. Build there. Stay consistent there.
