I am a bioengineer and biomedical engineer with over three years of research and technical writing experience . I have experienced with microbiology, molecular biology , bioinformatics, biochemistry and supply chain management. I have a master's degree in bioengineering and biomedical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and Nagpur University , a diploma in clinical research from Indian Institute of Clinical Research and Management, and certifications in cell biology and CRISPR/Cas9 from HarvardX and The Jackson Laboratory.I was honored with Provost scholarship in Stevens Institute of Technology During my master's program, I submitted a report on the synthesis and characterization of electrically conducting hydrogels aimed at enhancing the reconstruction of skeletal muscles after volumetric loss. I developed hydrogel scaffolds compatible with skeletal muscles, varying in molar strength based on calcium concentration. Additionally, I created a dog-shaped bone mold using SolidWorks and a bioprinter for conducting tensile strength and rheology testing, employing polymers in accordance with ASTM standards During my one-year tenure as a Research Technician at Reckitt Benckiser, I conducted spore counting and spore germination using diverse microbiological techniques such as spreading, plating, and streaking for cleaning products. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing reagents and maintaining laboratory notebooks in accordance with GLP/GDP standards. My duties extended to managing inventories and chemical stocks. I also performed titration, pipetting, and strength measurements of Lysol wipes, analyzing the resulting data using statistical software, specifically Minitab. As a lead engineer at HCLTech, I prepared and reviewed supplier quality agreements for the purchase of semi-finished goods from suppliers, ensuring compliance with EUMDR, FDA, and MQMS standards. I also created and transferred documents from old to new databases, verified supplier quality agreements, and reviewed process flows of regulations and quality management systems. I have the ability of problem-solving skills and adapt to new challenges. I am committed to producing high-quality research and contributing to the success of the team.
