With over 20 years of leadership experience in construction and building billion dollar businesses through large corporations like Walmart and Sam’s Club, I am now focused on building the nation's preferred MEP+ solutions partner at Kelso Industries. 

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Kelso Industries, I lead a team of experts and partners in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, industrial, mechanical, and electrical services who are all serving customers across the US with quality and efficiency.

With our world class team, we spearhead the partnership, acquisition, and integration of market-leading MEP+ companies, creating new opportunities for owners, employees, and customers. 

Since May 2021, we have completed 31 partnerships and acquisitions, and we are eager to welcome more greats to join us. I have an MBA and BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, a LEED AP certification, and skills in leadership, team building, mergers & acquisitions, strategic growth, and brand building. I am always looking for new challenges and ways to grow and improve the MEP+ service industry.

I’m excited about my new Kelso Building Services (KBS) hat. This team is on fire. 

A few of us played some pickleball last night in Tempe, Arizona and I came away even more excited about where KBS is going.

I had the great privilege of spending some time with one of our up and coming leaders Josh Todd here at Kelso Industries and WALLACE ELECTRIC COMPANY INC. 

I was impressed with Josh’s desire to ensure Wallace and the team is working safely and also bringing in world class talent. 

Josh showed me one of the tests he and the team are using for electrical interviews. For something so simple, he and his team can quickly learn the qualification of a potential new team member. Well done Josh and team!

We talked about our plans for the future of Wallace and I couldn’t be more excited. The future is bright and I’m thankful for great leaders like Josh who show up everyday and bring their A game to ensure their business and Kelso is set up for success for many years to come!
