Over the past 20 years I’ve coached hundreds of leaders to live better lives. For almost 15 years I worked in big-box health clubs leading, training & coaching. 

Then the pandemic hit and I was grounded

No more travel

No more coaching

So, I took some time and wondered

What would it take to achieve my mission? 

My mission is to help transform millions of people’s lives

While I wondered I had a thought - what if I went online?

So, I dusted off my old radio mic and started a podcast & 

I learned how to deliver custom programs online

I learned how to take my experience and deliver:

Surprisingly my clients started getting better results than my previous in-person clients. 

With online coaching I had cracked the code to clarity & accountability
