A boy from Indore with a dream to educate through podcasts is now dominating YouTube India with one of the most influential business podcasts in the country.

Born on 29 July 1997 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Raj Shamani came from a small business family where entrepreneurship was survival, not a trend. 

At 16, he became one of the youngest Indians to address the United Nations Youth Assembly, a moment that shaped his global vision.

He began by posting motivational videos on Instagram and YouTube with no studio and no celebrity backing, just clarity and consistency.

Height claims vs honest nutrition.
What would you choose?

Little Joys just executed something most brands only discuss in strategy decks.

They placed a Nutrimix sampler inside Blinkit orders where parents had bought Complan, Bournvita, Horlicks, or Gritzo.

On one side, you’re holding a familiar pack:
“2X growth.”
“Taller. Stronger.”
 
Bigger numbers. Bigger promises.
The same language we’ve seen for years.

On the other side, a small sachet quietly states:
No milk mix can guarantee height.
That physical contrast is what makes it powerful.

You’re not watching a comparison ad.
You’re literally holding two belief systems in your hands.

For years, this category trained us to equate taller with healthier.

It became normal because it was everywhere on TV, on packaging, in our childhood memories.

This move doesn’t shout.
It doesn’t attack.
It simply questions the equation.
Height is an outcome no brand can control.

Nutrition is the only thing a brand can be honest about.And when those two stories sit next to each other in one Blinkit bag,no dramatic persuasion is required.

Just a pause.

While scrolling today, I came across Max Fashion India's premium casuals film and what stood out wasn’t just the mood. It was the product clarity.

Pairing Kalki Koechlin with Rannvijay Singha isn’t the obvious choice. But that contrast works because the styling doesn’t compete. It supports. Clean silhouettes. Elevated essentials. Fabrics that look fluid on screen. Structured-yet-easy layers. Pieces that move  without feeling styled for the camera.

Nothing overdesigned. Nothing screaming trend. Just well-built premium core casuals. The textures feel intentional. The fits feel relaxed, but tailored. The clothes feel wearable beyond the frame.

What I appreciated most? It didn’t try to manufacture aspirations. It built product confidence. In a content feed built for speed, this felt considered. And that restraint is strategic. His father often told him that there are no shortcuts in life, only hard work.

That belief stayed with him and was tested during his college years when he was offered an easy ₹10,000 referral bonus. 

It was quick money and required little effort, but he chose to walk away because he realized that money earned without effort may give temporary satisfaction, while money earned through hard work builds character and confidence that lasts.

Over time, he came to believe that the greatest asset anyone can build is not a salary package or a designation, but strong relationships. 

Mentors, peers, seniors, juniors, and even people we meet in everyday life shape our journey more than we realize. Opportunities often come through trust, not titles.

Coming from a Tier 2 city, he also reflects on the gap between metro cities and smaller towns. 

In his view, the problem is not a lack of talent but a lack of exposure, support systems, and encouragement. He believes that if local ecosystems become stronger and more supportive, young people will not feel pressured to leave their hometowns just to find growth.

His message to Gen Z is simple and honest: do not chase shortcuts or confuse speed with success.

Experiment, take risks, fail fast if you must, but build your foundation with patience and integrity. Real growth may not always be visible to the world, but it is always visible to you.

For him, success is not measured by money or position. It is measured by how often you can genuinely smile in a day, even during challenging phases.

Sometimes what feels like rejection is simply life redirecting you toward something better.
