This role required me to lead media services live product programs and operations to deliver a large-scale distribution of video, music, and software over the highly scalable Akamai platform. Working here, I liaised with management and stakeholders to communicate Key Program Metrics.
Key contributions,
• Founded an enterprise-wide PMO from scratch and defined PMO framework, dashboards, metrics, and automation to advise the leadership team and stakeholders.
• Succeeded in delivering 50 releases each year across six media streaming networks on the Akamai platform.
• Delivered proactive support to more than 100 members across different functions, including Engineering, Product Management, Product Architects, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations and Services, and Support spread across geographies (NA, APAC, EMEA).
• Contributed to lowering network incident0s by 25% through the introduction of group-wide "Focus on Quality" initiative.
• Strengthened relationships among teams by employing conflict resolution and negotiation tactics.
