Il vero lavoro inizia quando capisci cosa guida davvero la tua attività.

Si possono perdere non giorni, ma ANNI a inseguire obiettivi indefiniti, lavorando sodo ma sentendosi come se girasse tutto un po' a vuoto.

Le opportunità ci passano sotto il naso, a volte senza nemmeno vederle e altre solo perché nonostante pensiamo di avere le idee chiare... per qualche motivo non siamo mai "pronti" a prenderle.

Avere chiarezza sulla mia visione è il primo passo, e per molti professionisti appassionati della propria materia è anche piuttosto facile.

Ma saper mettere a terra tutti i passi successivi per raggiungerla è un altro paio di maniche!

Per questo motivo sono entusiasta di ricreare in Ticino, in presenza, degli esercizi che ho fatto così spesso con i miei clienti online.

Non è un "corso", ma un laboratorio pratico per disegnare la rotta del tuo 2026, e stabilire metriche, rituali e abitudini per mantenerla.

Perché, onestamente, senza una pianificazione chiara, anche gli sforzi migliori rischiano di non portarci dove vorremmo.

Non basta avere il vento, se non hai le vele spiegate 🌪️ 
E non bastano nemmeno le vele, se non hai in mano il timone ⛵

Quando parlo di pianificare gli obiettivi, non scherzo sull'importanza che ha — non capita per caso la giornata giusta.

Ho provato cento mila metodi per riuscire ad allineare la mia produttività con il mio modo naturale di essere (un po' caotico).

Qualche anno fa ho trovato quello che funziona meglio per me, e cambia pure con le stagioni.

Il "time blocking" mi permette di organizzare le mie giornate in blocchi, ciascuno dedicato a una determinata attività (o "ruolo"), piuttosto che lavorare dalla classica to-do list che non finisce mai.

Non sono mai stata particolarmente brava a tracciare il tempo, e mi trovavo sempre a definire le mie giornate in base ai task completati e non al vero peso che avevano.

Ora invece ho ribaltato la logica: allocando un tempo fisso riesco a monitorare quanto veramente genero in ogni blocco, e garantisco di averne a disposizione per ogni attività.

E' parte creare buone abitudini e disciplina (anche per i tempi di riposo!), e parte riuscire a liberare il cervello da tutte le cose che si sovvrapponevano, sempre, e si trascinavano...

Parleremo anche di produttività e gestione del tempo nel workshop del 3 Marzo, perché sono temi fortemente legati alla pianificazione (e raggiungimento!) dei propri obiettivi. Ci vediamo lì?
