I know because I’ve lived it. Burnout nearly ended my career, my health, and my future. But that breakdown became my breakthrough - and the reason I now help people and organisations stop burnout before it starts.

How did I go from being a lawyer to supporting frontline workers?

The answer is simple.

They found me.

After 20 years in law, burnout nearly cost me my life.
A life-changing accident forced me to rebuild - physically, mentally, emotionally.

When I started coaching in 2019, some clients were corporate leaders.
Most weren’t.
They were frontline.
