I told mum, yesterday , kinda excited but nervous ❣️

Funny how life changes when you stop being scared of starting badly.

And yesterday , as I walked into Meta office
I paused for a second…
because a memory flashed.

Back in school, when I used to teach kids for extra pocket money,
friends, relatives — even my parents — would call me greedy.

“Yeh padhai nahi karegi… bas paise kamane ka shauk hai.”

Directionless
Unfocused
Going nowhere

I wasn’t the topper either
No MBA
Just a 50–51% scorer trying to figure out who I was supposed to be.

If only they knew…
that those ₹300 tuition classes were my first training rooms.
My first stage.
My first taste of purpose.

From a tuition teacher →
to a government school teacher →
to somehow stumbling into corporate training 

none of this was obvious.
All of it was meant.

I still remember my second year of college 
walking the ramp for the first time in my society,

not knowing the world itself would become my runway one day.

From creating awkward LinkedIn posts…
to terrible Instagram videos…
to now standing in rooms across Google, Amazon, and Meta 
this journey has never been linear.
It has only been honest.
