Leadership, supervision, direction and oversight to private practice employees; manages the delivery &/or program planning/evaluation of timely, cost-effective & high quality srvs/programs for assigned site(s); assures continuity of care & appropriate utilization of resources both w/in & outside of Private Practice of The Ross Center; develops systems & methodologies for continuous improvement of group &/or individual treatment modalities; evaluates effectiveness of programs & srcs; develops/maintains systems & processes for outcomes Mgmt/improvement & for identifying the need for revised &/or new clinical treatment programs, designs, protocols; develop & implement policies, procedures & systems to ensure customer/member/patient/purchaser satisfaction & member access; hire, train/orient, coach, and discipline or terminate professional staff; evaluates/improves utilization & productivity of staff. 

Provide individual, couples, family and group therapy to children, teens and adults in an outpatient private practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess, diagnosis and treat children, adults and families with mental health/emotional problems and or substance abuse issues.
Assessment of treatment needs.
Balances the departments budget. 
Manages a staff of a minimum of 15 plus people. 
Development of Treatment Plans and Progress reviews on a quarterly basis with appropriate goal setting.
Maintain documentation of therapy sessions in progress notes for each client's file.
