I’m a senior partnerships and business development executive with 20 years of experience across music, media, gaming, and live experiences. I currently serve as Vice President of Business Development at EMPIRE, where I lead revenue-generating brand partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential initiatives tied to major cultural moments including the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, and Grammy Week. I work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and creative teams to shape partnership strategy and go-to-market execution across sponsorship, experiential, and IP-driven models.

Previously, I spent several years at SoundCloud, where I was promoted twice in 18 months and ultimately served as Global Vice President of Business Development. I helped scale the company’s global partnerships and advertising business, drove meaningful revenue growth, increased creator payouts at scale, and launched industry-first initiatives at the intersection of music, gaming, and culture, including SoundCloud Player One and NBA2K Beats: The Search. My work focused on building repeatable partnership frameworks that aligned product, marketing, monetization, and talent relationships across global platforms.

Alongside my executive roles, I founded SOUNDxVISION, a strategic advisory focused on partnership strategy, revenue architecture, and IP-driven growth across music, culture, technology, and platforms. I advise artists, brands, and technology companies on talent-led partnerships, licensing frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that unlock new revenue while protecting creative integrity.

Outside of work, I’m a competitive equestrian, training and competing in show jumping. I split my time between New York, NY and Ocala, FL, and studied Philosophy and Political Campaign Marketing at The George Washington University.

Ten months ago, this was a big idea and a lot of trust. No roadmap. No precedent. Just belief and a willingness to build it the right way.... And now it’s here.

#LevisHomeTurf is the biggest project of my career, not just because of the scale, but because of what it stands for. This was about #SanFrancisco. About honoring the people who built culture here. About access, legacy, and creating something that actually feels alive.

Huge gratitude to the Levi Strauss & Co. team (Les Green, Vladimir Emilien, MBA, Rhudy A. Correa + more) for backing culture-first thinking from day one. To the Palette Group team (Nate Nichols, Stefanie Behringer + more) for being absolute pros through constant evolution and a million moving parts. And to my team at EMPIRE (especially Peter Kadin & Anysia Bryant - Thompson) for being truly next level. Ten months of problem-solving, late nights, shifting plans, and still showing up with care and precision. I really could not ask for better collaborators. Period.

And to the #artists: thank you for being so damn game. For trusting something this massive and ever-changing. For leaning in, showing up, and bringing your full selves to it. None of this works without you.

• And a late-night celebration that brings legends, friends, and community together with a line up so insane I’m not even allowed to share it publicly!!

This is why I love bridging music, talent, and brands when it’s done with intention. When it’s rooted in community. When it creates real moments and leaves something behind. When it’s meaningful and a damn good time.
