Jiken 🐔 Lunch Gathering 


Much awaited from farm to table jiken 🐔 

Invited a few jiken 🐔 fans and good friends/buddies to join for a jiken 🐔 treat.

It is where I first learned how to cook tempat. (place)

A memorable place and where I've learn what is called F&B. 

First to reached the shop and always the last to leave the shop. 😆 

Getting up early to market to source fresh ingredients and stays up till late when there are friend's gather at the restaurant for tani. (beer ing) 🍺 

Think twice when you think of F&B. 

Coming back to jiken 🐔 lunch party, appreciate MK Choong with his unlimited credit card buying us the lunch, Selena K. bought me a red wine as a gift, appreciate that, Wesley Yee for taking all the lovely photo's, Sulo Siva & Daniel Goh for helping me to finished the bottle of whisky, Darren Leow stays to very last minute & Sharon Tan for dropping by besides her busy schedule. 

Eric Siew you miss the unlimited credit card moment 😆,  Prema Mehrotra you miss our long winded blow water session, Joanna Loong Bee Lian you miss the jiken 🐔 and whisky.

Before forgetting Gary Lim you miss it too, away to Kuala Selangor for a better treat. Tom Chow also a colleague of Gary Lim who is our Malaysia banana 🍌 King gave it a miss due to busy schedule.

Lastly guess what vegetables that I purposely bought early in the morning for them. Selena K. is holding it at the bottom picture. 

Is stem lettuce. Nice, crunchy and sweet. Have you all tried ? Trust me, it is very nice. 

Appreciate everyone's effort to make it happen especially Sharon Tan highlighted that I introduce her to another country. 😆

Last year, bird day. (birthday)

I wasn't that outdated. 

I don't owned any labubu (hope i pronounce it right 😆) but I do have a labubu cake. 

Still counting and gonna level up soon. 😆 

I wish everyone a good health with abundance of happiness.

1st attempt turning to chinese herb papaya naked neck jiken 🐔 .

Boil the herbs for 30 minutes and there goes the jiken 🐔 for another 30 minutes of slow cooking. 

Done. 

Based soup is moderate. Need to tweak the next round. 

Some say if I say ok means boleh (can). I never go wrong on foodies. 😆 

In life. we learned from everyday lesson. Tweak it when is necessary.
