Crown Castle

Led team of Managers and Analysts in proactively feeding data insights to the business. Responsible for crafting the team vision across an 18-month runway, developing talent, and driving value creation. This team sits in Crown Castle’s Program Management office and acts as the central Monitor & Control arm for the organization. 
 
•	Defined Key Performance Indicators for all customer programs. Designed reporting suite and dashboards that drove essential metrics. Presented weekly FP&A updates to senior leaders. 
•	Forecast Accuracy improvement initiatives led to improvement in accuracy from 35% in September-2022 to 83% in July-2023. 
•	Collaborated cross-functionally to design a Scorecard visualization that every leader in the Tower division now uses to drive production. This dashboard acts as the central report for Crown Castle’s top program performance metric: Baseline Forecast Accuracy.

Sr. Manager - Program Analytics

Staffed and led teams of Project Managers, Specialists, and Coordinators to deliver projects on time for the Customer. Drove end-to-end customer satisfaction and responsible for Gross P&L results. Ensured program deliverables were executed in line with project plan. 
 
•	Created new deployment methodology for entire national deployment team. After leading all markets in Forecast Accuracy, all Operational leaders nationally adopted this methodology. 
•	Recognized in writing by Customer EVP as the top-performing market nationally. 
•	Four direct reports earned promotions or permanent roles at Crown Castle in this timeframe.

Sr. Manager - DISH Deployment

National process lead for the largest customer build-out in company history. Collaborated with VPs of each business line to develop the critical path, resource and scaling strategy, cost structure, baseline project schedule, and accountability structure for the DISH 5G Deployment.    
 
•	This program delivered 10,000 new colocations in 18 months, worth over $2M in monthly recurring revenue. Historically, the highest number of colocations ever completed in a year was 800. 
•	The PMI Planning methodology used set the standard for all customer programs going forward. Documentation set the standard for future Planning efforts

National Program Manager

Staffed and led team of Coordinators from scratch to accomplish new product offering for customers. Concurrently responsible for leading Project Managers in project delivery for a specific market segment.     
 
•	Created workload model for new product offering that informed a scaling strategy based on future work projections, time-per-task metrics, and financial constraints. This model was adopted nationally. 
•	Developed Project Manager to become the national leader in delivery, recognized in writing by the customer EVP to Crown Castle Senior Leadership.

Area Program Manager

Owned regional customer relationship and responsible for on-time delivery and Gross P&L of $4M. Developed customer reports used to track milestone completions and forecast accuracy.     
 
•	Created pricing program to alleviate capital risk for our customers. By spreading the cost of high-dollar projects across an entire program, Crown Castle secured 10M in purchase orders and executed agreements earning 400k in monthly recurring revenue. 
•	Negotiated a 20% decrease in cost, in exchange for volume commitments, with a key Crown Castle vendor, saving $200k in 2017 and providing favorable pricing for other project teams going forward

Project Manager

Responsible for budgeting and forecasting P&L for the South Region, averaging $750M annual EBITDA. Proactively fed operational insights to Area leadership that drove value increase.          
 
•	Developed innovative new Annual Incentive structure that incentivized Project teams to both deliver and sell new services. In the two years after its implementation, the South region grew annual Services Gross Margin from 54M to 80M
•	Created predictive modeling method for Service Gross Margin that projected our 2016 SGM Actuals with 98% accuracy. Methodology built the foundation that future analysts continued to use.
