👋 I’m Sean, a product leader turned founder building in a space that’s long been overlooked: trade show sales. Every year, thousands of conversations happen at booths and events… and most of them disappear by the time the team gets back to the office.

I’ve seen it firsthand, the missed follow-ups, the friction between sales and marketing, the energy lost in the handoff. That’s why I founded 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃.

🛠️ Before 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃, I led and built products at companies like NRG Energy, Rolls-Royce, and Premiere Digital, helping teams solve complex problems, align around customer needs, and deliver solutions that moved the needle. Whether it was launching the Digital Twin at Rolls-Royce or scaling global workflows at Premiere, I’ve always been drawn to challenges that need both empathy and execution.

Now I’m focused on one of the biggest missed opportunities in B2B: fixing how companies sell at events.

I built Claritiv because I kept hearing the same thing from exhibitors.
