While there I served for three years on the Faculty Council, as Chair-elect, Chair, and Past Chair during a period of extreme growth across campus locations in Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., and online.  During that time I led several organization-wide and local initiatives including:
- Formation of a National Faculty Governing Body.  
- Served as Chair of the Council of Local Chairs.
- Oversaw draft of National Bylaws.
- Designed and facilitated a Faculty/Administration strategic initiatives retreat.  
- Managed task-force work-groups charged with implementation of strategic initiatives.  
- Fundamentally altered the culture of the Council from "Us vs. Them" relationship with administration to one of mutual respect and collaboration.
