Moayyed Othman of American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology (ACPN) leans in to people-first leadership in healthcare. Through initiatives such as well-being leave, leadership training and a redesign of roles and reporting structures, he’s built a culture grounded in trust, clarity and recognition. Under his guidance, ACPN earned Great Place to Work certification and a mentl award in 2023.

Abdullah Robiya is one of Saudi Arabia’s most compelling emerging mental health voices. Living with bipolar disorder, he’s used his own story to challenge stigma across Arabic media and influence national policy. His advocacy reframes neurodiversity not as a liability, but as a strength that fuels creativity and resilience.

As we prepare for our gala awards dinner we’re inviting a few passionate volunteers to join our team behind the scenes and help make this celebration of mental health and humanity truly unforgettable.

We’re looking for:
 • 1 Red Carpet Reporter - capturing the joy and reflections of our finalists, winners, and guests.
 • 1 Screen Operator - managing the awards presentation on screen during the ceremony.
 • 2 Event Hosts - welcoming guests, supporting our team, and ensuring the evening flows smoothly.
