In the spring of 2018, I noticed a growing issue on LinkedIn: many lead generation services that reached out to me and my colleagues were automated, missing the personal touch that makes genuine connections.

With no prior sales or LinkedIn experience, I decided to co-found the Virtual Assistant Agency with a close friend.
