We are looking for a Director of Clinical Services in Helena, MT, to guide a dedicated hospice team and help ensure patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality care when it matters most. 

This role oversees a team of clinical leaders and plays a key part in supporting staff, maintaining clinical excellence, and helping the program grow.

This position is ideal for an experienced hospice nurse who has stepped into leadership or is ready to take that next step. 

Strong clinical knowledge, the ability to mentor others, and a passion for hospice care are essential.

What you will be involved in:
 ** Supporting and guiding clinical supervisors and care teams
 ** Overseeing patient care quality and clinical operations
 ** Assisting with staffing, budgeting, and program planning
 ** Ensuring compliance and strong clinical documentation
 ** Helping develop staff through training and mentorship
 ** Building relationships in the healthcare community
