Operations Support Officer: Client Representative/ Documents Control & Payroll Administrator

Experienced Senior Global Mobility Advisor with a strong background in Fortune 500 industries. Skilled in managing end-to-end home and host-based expatriation processes across various locations worldwide, from initiation to repatriation. Adept at leading complex discussions and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

My primary focus is supporting both inbound and outbound expatriate populations. I am a subject matter expert for all plan, policy, and procedure inquiries regarding domestic and international assignment relocations and employee transitions. I actively participate in policy development and interpretation, counseling employees of all levels globally.

As an Expatriate Coach and Global Mobility Specialist, I provide training and guidance to team members on policies, country-specific laws, strategic planning, visa processing, expat life cycle, HR internal advanced Microsoft skills, process analysis, and expatriate procedures and programs for various assignment types such as rotators, short-term and long-term assignments, business trips, repatriations, dual careers, localizations, terminations, and executive moves. In my role, I oversee the management of immigration services, including visa and work permit processing, to ensure that assignees have the necessary documentation and support. Although I have previous experience in payroll processing, my primary focus and expertise lie within Global Mobility Services (GMS).
