Viimasel ajal, igal üritusel keegi on astunud ligi, maininud mõnda minu postitust, mis neid kõnetas ja arutelu justkui jätkub... (kommenteerige siin palun ikka ka!)

Miks ka seda teen?  
Suur osa, lausa ligi 50% Askly tänavusest kasvust on tulnud just Linkedini ja minu personaalse konto abil.
See näitab, kui oluline on usaldus, personaalne "touch" ja selge kommunikatsioon.

Sotsiaalmeedia ei ole minu jaoks scroll-imise koht.
Püüan pigem luua sisu, mis aitab kedagi ja selgitab, millega saame kasulikud olla. Iga päev on mul kalendris selleks eraldatud 30 minutit. 

Eelmisel nädalal konverentsil “Juht pingeväljas” rääkis Marju nii põnevalt tehisarust, sotsiaalmeediast ja tulevikutrendidest. Jagasin ka oma kogemust.

Arutelu jõudis teemadeni, mis tekitavad kõhedust.

Our relatioship with time is the king.

Building a business, raising small kids, giving attention to every family member, trying to share values through my own example... it's a lot (to enjoy and feel grateful about!)

My list is long, but nothing extraordinary. Probably yours is long too. 

Recently I realized something so important, that I wanted to share:

There is always time. 
We all have same 24h per days. 
Time is never the problem.
Your energy is.

With the right energy, one hour can lift the whole week. 

I started doing one “energy check-in” every day to train awareness (without thinking of the tasks for today).

Fixing energy first!

Maybe it’s 30 minutes of screen-free time. Or one short walk outside. 
Or going to bed earlier tonight.
Or just a healthier lunch! 😉

One small action that charges your energy =  the greater results in whatever you do.

Rahast võib ka Linkedin'is rääkida? Minu arvates sama oluline teema nagu tervis, eneseteostus, suhted, hea uni... 

Olen palju aastaid teadlikult vähendanud palgasõltuvust. "Miks" tööd teha ei tohiks olla raha, vaid ikka maailma paremaks tegemine (vähemalt mina mõtlen ikka veel nii naiivselt).

Jagasin varem ka, et mulle endale tuli suureks üllatuseks, aga võlakirjad osutusid 10 aasta jooksul minu kõige kasumlikumaks investeeringuks. 

Huvitav, et ammu ostetud üürikorterite tootlus osutus madalamaks (üür + väärtuse kasv kombineerituna ca 8-9%, miinus oma aeg ja närvirakud). 

Olen ära proovinud palju erinevaid instrumente. 

Usun, et võlakirjade buum on alles ees ja seetõttu jagan veidi oma kogemust, äkki kasulik.

E-kaubanduses konkurents on juba meeletu (kuhu edasi?). Viimastel aastatel on klientide ootused kasvanud igal sammul:

Tarne võiks toimuda samal päeval.
Vastust tahetakse kohe.
Soodustustest rääkimata.

Näen, et üks põhimõte alati kehtib:
Klient tuleb hoida oma veebilehel.

Kui ta juba sinu lehele kalli turunduse tulemusena jõudis ja toote vastu huvi tunneb, siis ei tasu teda e-mailile suunata. 

Kiire klienditugi tehisaru abil aitab vähendada hüljatud ostukorvide arvu ja pakkuda paremat kliendikogemust.

Äriotsuseid tehes me ei saa lähtuda sellest, et "mulle juturobotid ei meeldi". 

Tuleb vaadata, mis töötab ja mida inimesed tegelikult ootavad.

Today marked a small milestone: My community is 9000+ people! 🫶 
Feel grateful for everyone following this journey. 

When we have to make any choice "pick the best product, partner, team member..." we want to know who the people are behind the products and brands. 

Therefore, I often share personal beliefs here (when they evolve, and it happens, I share them openly as well). 

This is a short list of who I am today:
▸ Family comes first: relationships with partner, kids and parents is the most important. 
▸ Investing and passive income: for past 10+ years been my path to confidence and peace of mind.
▸ Consistency: For 4+ years I have sent detailed monthly investor updates (I keep hearing I am the only founder in the portfolio doing it). Same with sharing on Linkedin 2+ years.
▸ Moving every day: almost 2 years of 15 minutes of daily exercise (still not easy for me).
▸ When stuck, I go outside and clean the streets: doing something good is my way out.
▸ Charging the battery: one small remote island Hiiumaa is my quiet paradise after tough weeks (there I realize I do not like people as much as it seems).
▸ A bit too self-driven: learning to slow down.
▸ Sometimes hoping for a little appreciation (offer it when you can, it lifts people). 

Professionally: 
Customer experience, innovation and AI are the core interests here.
A world that continues to inspire me every day.
