State the problem your customer was having before they came to you. Highlight the cost. 

Name why they chose you or your solution. 

And show the results they got after working with you. 

This allows future prospects to see themselves working with you and what results they might see. 

It isn’t gloating. It’s highlighting value.

7 mistakes founders make

Not all lessons are created equal.

Some lessons we learn are small. They are little reminders along the way of what truly matters.

Other lessons are giant. They fundamentally change the course of our entire lives.

Over the past 3 years figuring out this whole LinkedIn world, this is the single most important lesson I've learned about staying consistent:

Get over yourself.

Now, it's a bit of a harsh lesson.

But the reality is, you will ALWAYS find a reason why something won't work for you:

1. Not enough time
2. No-one is engaging
3. Unsure what to write
4. Feeling left behind
5. Insert some other excuse

And that's what all of these are at the end of the day: excuses. 

With most good things in life, there really isn't a silver bullet. 

You won't get 6-pack abs in 3 workouts. You won't get 100k followers from 3 posts. You won't secure a 6-figure deal from posting only 6x. 

So get over yourself, and just do the work.
