I'm a former D1 soccer player that has an entrepreneurial desire to grow, and scale businesses.

I bootstrapped a medical device company at the age of 25, distributing and manufacturing implants and instruments nation wide.

I was fortunate enough to sell tens of millions of dollars worth of medical devices before the age of 30. 

With that, I started a Private Holding Company that buys and builds lower middle market, and micro cap companies. 

We currently have a Private Equity Roll Up Fund called The Pave, that buys paving companies in the South West doing between 1-10M of EBITDA. 

Our mission is to continue buying and acquiring great businesses.

I notice people feeling threatened by bringing someone in to their company with similar or better skill traits than themselves.

If that's the case switch the lens and learn this is an opportunity for you to get better. 

As a former footballer ⚽️ you want another striker to battle against every single day. Or better yet you turn into a coach at some point and solely be the best recruiter of talent. 

This has been the most transformative part of my journey of building and acquiring companies.

I’m investing in recurring-maintenance asphalt paving companies.
They’re one of the most underrated, highest-margin businesses you can buy today.

My take: 

1️⃣ Every parking lot in America needs maintenance.
 
  If it’s asphalt, it cracks. If it cracks, it fails.
 There’s no AI replacement. No offshore replacement. No SaaS disruption.
Secondly there's an insurance liability aspect if the parking lots are not maintained. 

2️⃣ A parking lot is a retail store’s first impression.
 
If the lot looks bad, customers assume the business is bad.
 Traffic drops. Brand perception drops.
 Smart operators don’t let that happen, they pay every year to keep their assets tight.

3️⃣ National brands want one partner, not 50 contractors. 
 
If you can self-perform in multiple markets, you become the default contractor across multiple accounts with multi years MSA's.  This is highly attractive and scalable.
