So I started doing computer work and started Affordable PC. We grew quickly in Orange County, CA. I grew up and still reside in Southern California.

I earned  a BS in Telecommunications Management and AA in Computer Electronics. But I always told my only child, my daughter ❤️,  experience is the best professor.

Over 30 years experience in technology and working with amazing people, including the last 6 in Blockchain.

We talk a lot about intuitive UI/UX, and for good reason – it's fundamental. Metrics and experience shows there's a deeper psychological driver often overlooked, one that can significantly impact adoption rates and CTA metrics? User familiarity.

Familiarity isn't just about making things easy to understand; it's about leveraging our brain's inherent wiring. Our brains are efficiency machines, constantly seeking patterns and minimizing cognitive load. When users encounter an interface, a process, or even a brand that feels familiar, it triggers a positive response.
