Claude is powerful but context-sensitive. Here's a simple example of why AI needs clear knowledge structure.

I'm using a Claude project to ideate and Claude Code CLI to build an app. My workflow: explore topics, make decisions, then create two .md files—one as a session log for my personal notes, one for the project knowledge base to maintain context across chats.

The word "project" creates constant confusion: Am I referring to the project in the Claude web UI, the git repository, or the generic work we're doing?

Solution: I added this to my project instructions: 

"The term 'Claude Project' refers to the project inside the claude UI. The term 'Git Project' refers to the project in git. If you are confused seek clairty"
