🎅🧑‍🎄Immersion in a delightfully English Christmas with mince pies and Christmas pud and a Christmas cake all to myself (I’m the only one in the fam who loves traditional fruit cake). 

But I’m also going to be churning out a few things on my laptop - not because it’s work but because I love what I do > and we’ve got a massively exciting launch coming in January.

Only been here a few days and it's been a great winding down ...
Bath at Christmas is beautiful.
Honestly, Bath at any time of the year is lovely.

⚡️There's something quite humbling walking around the Roman Baths that have been for around 2,000 years - while we're all fixating on how we need to change the business plan or the messaging from one quarter to the next

And a few highlights:
⚡️Scones with clotted cream
⚡️Mince pies
⚡️Extremely chocolately biscuits
(And I think I've sampled 20 mince pies ... with more to come)!

2025 was a great year for business
Very gratified to have done some terrific work with some great clients.

Yes, we work with corporate clients, and now we're getting ready to expand this even more in 2026.

I'm REALLY EXCITED to launch our new program - supporting the generation of business advisors and consultants who really want to redefine their businesses and have meaningful success and impact in the world.

After years of building this business at The Ambition Company, we are making it available to consultants and advisors whose clients are demanding more from them too.

We don't have a landing page yet.
And our website remains one of the worst out there.

The Ambition Company is breaking ground on something new in 2026.
And we can't wait.

After a great break, we're headed back to the USA.
We're lining up with some great new friends in Golden, Colorado and Melbourne, Australia to bring it all to life. 

We're going to continue to do our work with our corporate clients AND
We're going to be opening up our playbook for independent consultants who want to grow their business in 2026.

It's massively exciting.
Traction leads to more traction.
And we can't wait to make this all come to life.

For now though the office is quiet (I think there are five people with me on the 18th floor today) and I am getting so much done.
No meetings.
No messages.
Just focus and flow...

It’s Christmas Eve, and I’m dealing with a reputation restoration issue. 

Nothing says Christmas Eve like a nice walk along the canal, and then a cup of tea. 

But apparently I killed the vibe with my smoked mackerel. 
It was lovely … but evidently only I thought so. 

So I’m now attempting to restore my reputation with Colin - and too much honeycomb ice cream.
