The experience offered a rare and valuable window into the real dynamics shaping the US housing market. From mortgage demand patterns and broker behaviour to the broader implications on consumer sentiment and economic confidence, the conversations and insights were both eye-opening and deeply informative.

What stood out most was understanding how market velocity, affordability pressures, and broker networks directly influence the rhythm of the US economy.
