Experience a over boarders observatory internship focused on management integrating into the company and experiencing all departments, from distribution to finance.

I did an observation internship where I experienced the departments of Project Management, Creative, Event Finance, Content, Logistics, New Business, and “Reggie”. Made a communication competitors benchmarking campaign.

Voluntas

Voluntas is the Volunteering department of Coimbra Business School | ISCAC. There I was responsible for reactivating the department, focusing on communication and organizing charity events, such as participating in volunteering activities.

Combined with my studies, I was a marketing assistant for 4 months, where I worked with CRM platform, Zoho, and Excel and worked as a telemarketer making more than 5000 calls in two weeks.

SYC was the first event I organized (with 2 friends), had the premise of how to enter the labor market.
Whit a budget of 10€ and 0 contacts we had more than 250 participants, gift bags, websites, coffee-breaks, and the biggest companies and speakers of Portugal, such as the secretary of Ministry of Science, Technology, and Higher Education.

As my first experience with marketing or internships, in the summer I had the opportunity to be an intern in the marketing department of OpenLimits here I did back office using: Microsoft Dynamics and Excel.
