I believe in setting CRAZY goals, developing a strategy to achieve those goals and incorporating all family members and loved ones in to the steps to get there so that we can enjoy our lives. I'm also someone who believes in exercise to relieve stress, University of Georgia football makes Saturdays great, and that anyone who DOESN'T like dogs can't be trusted! So lets set some goals and work towards surpassing them together!

Moments like these (sitting outside, relaxing, listening to the birds) are what bring me so much joy and have me overflowing with the feeling of gratefulness. Its incredibly important to my mental health.

Just a guy trying to enjoy life.

Lifting weights has a way of humbling you.

Some days the bar moves fast. Other days, the same weight that felt manageable last week suddenly feels heavy. Your form breaks down. Your confidence gets tested.

Business/career has a way of doing the same thing.

There will be moments where things don’t go as planned. Progress slows. The path forward gets uncomfortable. Those are the moments that quietly shape who you become as a leader.

Strength isn’t built on the easy reps.

It’s built on the ones that force you to breathe, reset, and refuse to quit.

Just keep showing up. Stay relentless in the work.

Over time, the weight that once challenged you becomes part of who you are.

18 days away from my 24hr workout, in preparation for the 44hr workout in July for Veteran Suicide Prevention. Everything feels heavy lately....

The dates are set for the 4th annual Relentless 44hr workout. I created this workout years ago to help raise awareness and funds for Veteran Suicide Prevention and will, once again, be focused on Mission22. 

Beginning at 8am on July 24th and ending at 4am July 26th, Ill put myself through 44hrs of constant movement and physical challenge. I do this to symbolize the battles so many face, that no one can see.... PTSD and Depression. 

At some of our darkest moments, we can feel alone. Please help me spread the word, and join in on parts of the workout, to help the world see that we are all in this together!

This is tough to admit but, over the past year, I’ve lost myself a bit.

Not in a loud, explosive way.
In a quiet drift.

The kind that happens when you get focused on performance… and forget purpose.
When you start managing your image… instead of sharpening your edge.
When you get “productive” but stop being fully alive.

And somewhere in that drift, I forgot something core to who I am:

I love the journey.
I love embracing hard things.
I love walking straight into the storm and finding out who I am on the other side.

That’s why I created the Relentless 44hr workout a few years ago.

It was never just a workout.

I built it to raise awareness and funds for Veteran Suicide Prevention. But I also built it to symbolize something deeper.

The 44 hours are intentional.
Long. Exhausting. Uncomfortable.

It’s meant to feel disorienting
It’s meant to feel heavy
It’s meant to take you into dark places mentally and physically

For so many people battling depression, that darkness isn’t symbolic, its daily life.

Relentless 44 was designed to represent walking through that darkness, not around it.

Fatigue. Isolation. Doubt. The voice that tells you to quit

And then choosing, hour by hour, to keep moving

Over this past year, I stopped choosing that edge in my own life

I softened in ways I didn’t even realize
I got comfortable in areas where I used to lean into discomfort
I drifted away from the part of me that believes growth is earned through pressure
I lost myself.

Life has tested me before.

There have been seasons of uncertainty
Seasons of rebuilding
Seasons where it would have been easier to check out than lean in

But every time I grew, it was because I embraced the challenge instead of avoiding it

Lately, Ive been reconnecting with that part of myself

Music has been a huge catalyst. The right song can pull something out of you and remind you who you were before you started sanding down your edges to fit in

I dont want to fit in

I want to be relentless

So, Im coming back

Back to pushing my limits
Back to embracing voluntary hardship
Back to building Relentless 44 into something bigger and impactful.

I’m committing to fundraising again.
To raising awareness louder.
To building a community around this that understands why it matters.

Because this isn’t about a workout.

It’s about honoring the men and women who constantly fight the battles no one can see, the one in their own minds.

It’s about acknowledging that darkness exists and proving that you can walk through it with support beside you.

And it’s also about something personal:

I don’t want to drift anymore.

I want to live on the edge of growth again.

Come with me.

Let’s do hard things on purpose.
Let’s raise real money.
Let’s raise real awareness.
Let’s build something that matters.

And let’s walk through the darkness together.

Started training for the Relentless 44hr workout that Il do at the end of July to raise funds and awareness for Veteran Suicide Prevention. 

End of March will be the 22hr workout, then Ill do the 33hr workout at the end of May.

That lyric hits.

We live like there’s always more time.
Another year to get serious.
Another quarter to take the risk.
Another Monday to start.

But what if the clock isn’t something to fear… what if it’s the very thing that gives life weight?

Deadlines create focus.
Limits create urgency.
Urgency creates action.

When you realize your time is finite, you stop wasting it on things that don’t matter. You become more present in conversations. More intentional with your work. More disciplined with your health. More honest about what you actually want to build.

And you stop missing the small but important moments:
telling your parents you’re grateful for them,
hugging your kids a little longer,
making sure your spouse knows they matter,
letting your friends know you appreciate them.

Don’t miss the opportunity to make sure the people in your life know they matter to you and you love them.

Not frantic.
Not anxious.
Just clear.

One day the shift ends for all of us.

Until then, show up fully.
Do the hard thing.
Say the words.
Build something meaningful.
