ON TAKING ACTION
 
-You learn 100x more by 'trying' than by reading about someone else trying
-If you can make £1, you can make £1,000. If you can make £1,000, you can make £100k
-Stop reading 20+ business books (I gave up long ago)…Just start
-You don't need meditation and morning sunlight. You need action!
-Your business heroes are regular people who just decided to move
 
ON SELF-RELIANCE
 
-Stop asking everyone for advice and start figuring things out yourself
-The best entrepreneurs are ruthless self-teachers
-You are 100% responsible for your future. Nobody is coming to 'save you'
-Systems beat motivation and discipline almost every time
-Quit obsessing over 'shiny new' tools and tech—just use what you already know
 
ON MINDSET
 
-Don't be arrogant, but believe you can do anything
-Pessimists are often right. Optimists are more often wealthy
-A thick skin isn't optional, it's a prerequisite
-Stop trying to be cool -Be successful, cool comes later
-Assume you can learn something from everyone. Also assume they're 'full of shit'
 
ON PEOPLE & RELATIONSHIPS
 
-Don't "find a mentor" do interesting things and attract mentors
-Help others and let them reciprocate, If they never do, move on
-Your network will either speed you up or slow you down. Choose wisely
-If people root for you to fail, cut them out without hesitation
-Ignore haters—they're the least interesting people on the planet
 
ON EXECUTION & DISCIPLINE
 
-Be on time for important things. You're not a teenager anymore!
-If you don't respect people's time, they won't respect yours
-Always over-communicate., Clarity kills chaos
-Write for at least 30-45 minutes every day (yes, every day)
-Experiment often, but never with two new variables at once
 
ON SALES & MARKETING
 
-If you can't sell, you're going to struggle—full stop
-Don't ask random people questions. Ask your customers
-Promote yourself online every day. I do
-Price your offering at a rate you'd be comfortable paying yourself
-Anyone selling instant results is a con artist
 
ON GROWTH & LEARNING
 
-You'll go 10x faster by supporting people, not tearing them down
-It's not helpful to study Bezos/Musk when you're making £0
-Never plagiarize, but borrow shamelessly from great examples
-No matter how good you or your product is, someone will hate it
-Arguing online wastes time and energy (but it can be fun)
 
ON PERSPECTIVE
 
-Take every piece of advice here, including mine, with a grain of salt
-Everything in moderation, Including alcohol
-Stop focusing on what you can't control, Focus on what you can
-Assume you're wrong about most things, Test everything
-Nobody is coming to save you, So go save yourself
