As a partner at Hard Hat Housing and Wise Builders Group, I leverage 20+ years of experience to drive the financial and operational success of our real estate investments. We specialize in acquiring, rehabilitating, and strategically exiting properties—whether through sale or rental—by leveraging investor partnerships with a trusted network of realtors, wholesalers, and contractors.

Simultaneously, as Chief Business Officer at Rising Sun Developing, I lead business development and client relations for a commercial construction firm, where I bridge high-impact projects with stakeholder alignment.

But beyond transactions, my mission is to empower people. I equip business owners and investors with practical tools to build wealth, foster gospel-centered purpose in their work, and create legacies that outlast brick and mortar.

Rotations that include a paid trip home every 6–8 weeks. ✈️

A gym pass or pickup league to shake off the day.

These touches keep craftsmanship high and turnover low.

More importantly, they treat people like people. ❤️
