If you are #SAP #Developer you may find poorly designed Custom Tables everyday. No proper Primary Keys, not even existing Foreign Keys, no normalization at all. 

All of that should and must be prevented by properly designing Custom Tables instead of just going to SE11 and create whatever requested by functional consultant, or even worse, by the user.
