As an AI/ML Engineer and passionate Python developer, I specialize in building intelligent, scalable systems that solve real-world problems. With a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.E., CGPA 8.7), I transitioned into the world of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and full-stack development — driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep commitment to continuous learning.

At Avasoft, I’ve had the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, including AI-powered chatbots, voice-based assistants, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models, and real-time backend services using FastAPI, Flask, and PyTorch. I’ve also led data automation efforts through web scraping, vector similarity searches, and NLP-driven applications, deploying robust solutions via Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Beyond engineering, I find great fulfillment in mentoring and uplifting students and IT professionals. Most developers think using Claude Code means opening the terminal and asking it to generate code.

That approach barely scratches the surface.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been exploring how Claude Code actually works under the hood experimenting with workflows, project setup, and agent-style development.

One thing became very clear:
The real power of Claude Code is not the prompt.
It’s the system around the prompt.

When configured properly, Claude Code operates like a structured AI engineering environment, built on four layers:
→ CLAUDE.md  the persistent memory of your project
→ Skills -> reusable knowledge packs Claude auto-invokes
→ Hooks -> deterministic rules and safety gates
→ Agents ->specialized sub-agents with their own context
Many engineers install Claude Code and immediately start prompting.
But the difference between basic results and production-quality outputs usually comes down to how well the system is set up.

Here are a few practices that made a huge difference in my workflow:
→ Run /init on day one to generate your CLAUDE.md memory file
→ Organize the .claude/ directory with skills, hooks, and permissions
→ Write clear skill descriptions so Claude knows when to activate them
→ Use the memory hierarchy (global → project → folder level) to control context
→ Add hooks for critical rules  because hooks are enforced 100%, while memory rules are advisory
Once you structure Claude Code this way, it stops feeling like a chatbot and starts behaving like a true AI development system.

And this summit showed India is thinking in that direction.

The standard pipeline looks like this:
